Annalisa Furnari was born in Italy (Milan 1969), where she attended her Academic studies achieving a BA in Fine Arts.

Although she initially studied painting, right after her degree she started to investigate diverse mediums and techniques,

exploring different possibilities linked to installation as a most liked artform. Her approach investigates conceptual objects

related to human life very often linked to archival documents and found objects. Her work sometimes inspired by “specific

contexts” has often found its clue in various countries through residency programs and research trips.

In 2017 she moved to London, Uk, where she lives and works.
